How do I cancel my Premium or Business membership?
Open your Profile, scroll to ‘Membership’ and tap ‘Manage membership’. You’ll be taken to a secure portal where you can cancel, change plan or update your payment method.
How do I edit or delete a listing?
Go to Profile → Your listings. Each listing has Edit, Mark as Sold and Delete buttons. Edits go live instantly.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — TankBase never sees or stores your card details.
I haven’t received a reply from a seller — what should I do?
Most sellers reply within 24 hours. If they don’t, contact us and we’ll help.
How do I report a listing or user?
Email support@tankbase.co.uk with the listing link or username and a short description of the issue.
